Below is an email sent to us from our friends at Chabotté youth centre in Lac-Etchemin, Quebec. Go Resilient Canada recently donated Karndean DesignFlooring to help create a safe and inviting environment for the children who use the centre.
At Chabotté youth centre in Lac-Etchemin, Quebec, we collaborate with other community organisations, notably Les Matinées for young children. We share our space so that babies, toddlers and their parents can gather weekly for all kinds of projects, workshops and activities. This helps bring together families and children of all ages in our community.
In order to thank the community centre for lending their space at no charge, Les Matinées decided they would help make the space more welcoming for families with young children. We want to thank them wholeheartedly for having found such a beautiful floor for our centre! GO Resilient Canada generously donated new high quality flooring from Karndean Designflooring! Our new LooseLay floor looks simply amazing and we feel good knowing it will be good to last even with active kids around!
The older kids helped strip away the old floor covering and then we had the floor professionally installed to make sure we would get the most from our new flooring. Babies are now able to safely explore the area.
Here are some before and after pictures; see for yourself the difference Karndean LooseLay LLP94 Newport makes!
Warm thanks from all the kids and families at the centre!
