Specialist Application Matting Roof Matting

Impermeable in all weathers, Crossgrip is highly specialized matting system for flat roofs, gantries and high level walkways, which provides continuous safe access to essential roof top services for maintenance.

When laid flat, it will remain stable in winds up to 60 mph-96 km/h*, however if wind speeds of over 60mph are probable, securing the matting system by welding connecting loops into the vinyl membrane is recommended.

Crossgrip, which is also impact resistant in extremely cold climates, is constructed from non-porous PVC in a unique design of special cross directional top ribs with a ‘diamond cut’ surface to give permanent slip resistance and a surer underfoot grip in a wide range of high level applications. The effective combination of an open grid format and 14 mm (9/16") above ground height enables self-draining and makes Crossgrip at its most efficient wherever water collects or puddles may occur.

Once installed, Crossgrip PVC, which is resistant to bacterial growth and only requires minimal periodic maintenance, such as cleaning and visual inspection for damage or movement, will remain effective for the life of the roof covering below. Compatible with vinyl roofing membranes, the product additionally gives continuous protection to roofing membranes from damaging weather, pedestrian traffic, tools and machinery.

Another major advantage is that Crossgrip is quick and easy to install. The flexibility of the product ensures that it will contour to uneven surfaces or imperfections in the roof structure, which are common where new membrane systems are laid over old ones.

*Loose laid it is effective for winds up to 60mph (96 km/h). In Laboratory conditions on a flat surface, it is stable in wind speeds up to 94mph (150 km/h).

Gateway SB is the perfect flooring solution for applications that require an entrance matting system but do not have a recessed mat well. Its 6.5mm overall height and solid backing allow it to deliver this.

The matting's ribbed pattern scrapes dirt off shoes, which is effectively contained by its solid back. The hollow ribbed construction makes it light to handle during installation, yet sturdy enough to be heel and wheel proof. Due to Gateway SB's lesser overall weight, we recommend adhering it to the sub-floor in high volume traffic areas.

The ribbed top surface and solid backing combination allows for the containment of debris out of the traffic area, whilst the solid backing facilitates bonding to subfloors.

Heronair’s open grid construction and 10mm surface height copes effectively with water and spillage dissipation.

Increase safety, comfort and productivity in the workplace with Vynagrip, a slip resistant, anti-fatigue matting solution which can be relied upon to perform in wide ranging heavy duty commercial and industrial applications.

Vynagrip is made from non-porous, flexible PVC in welded grid format with an above ground height of 15mm (5/8") for maximum self-draining of liquids and debris. Automatic drainage combined with an extra ‘aggressive’ diamond tread for increased slip resistance make Vynagrip especially effective wherever oil, water, liquid and debris spillages are likely.

VYNAGRIP PLUS: Vynagrip with the additional benefit of yellow bands to mark routes and delineate areas.
